Hello, everyone! I'm Courtney Ebaugh, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I am traveling personal trainer. I travel to you, provide equipment, nutrition guidance, and guide you to your goals. All sessions are one hour. I’m just a mom of three looking to help guide others to a better mind, body, and lifestyle. Self love can be a powerful thing! 

 

If you feel a disconnection in your relationship, this is a great opportunity to grow and learn together. This journey can be a very lonely, especially when starting out. It can be really beneficial having someone who is also experiencing the same journey. Group training is also a wonderful way to connect with your friends. I am all about connection. I think it’s very important to be in tune with your body. It is a beautiful thing to be able to listen and understand, what your body needs.
